Cancellation Policy
TARDINESS If you're running more than 10 minutes late, a $10 fee applies, and
you may be rescheduled.
PAYMENTS A $20 non-refundable deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. We accept
cash, card, zelle, venmo, cashapp, apple pay
RESCHEDULING
Feel free to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. ONE RESCHEDULE PER DEPOSIT
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee, and the
deposit will not be refunded.
GUESTS
To maintain a relaxing environment, please no extra guests or
children unless they're also receiving services.
REFUNDS
Refunds aren't available. Sales and services are FINAL.
